EASY, NUT CINNAMON ROLLS BY

Roll Ingredients:

  • 1, 16 ox package of frozen dinner rolls
  • 1 (3.75 oz) package of butterscotch instant pudding mix
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon (or more!)
  • 1 cup of nuts (or more!)

Icing Ingredients: 

  • 1 package of cream cheese softened
  • 3 tbsp butter softened
  • 1.5 cups of powdered sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Place frozen rolls in a greased fluted or plain tube pan. Laura uses a 13×9 greased pan. Sprinkle pudding mix on rolls. Melt butter, sugar, cinnamon, and nuts together in a saucepan. Pour glaze on pudding. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Let stand overnight. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.

Cool in pan for 5 minutes; invert on serving plate. For icing, beat butter and cream cheese with mixer until creamy. Gradually add sugar and beat until blended. Stir in vanilla.
