CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
INSTRUCTIONS

In bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

Then cream the butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar together for 1.5 minutes. Put in the eggs and vanilla extractuntil fully combined.

Mix in the dry ingredients and continue mixing until just combined, then use a spatula to stire in in the chocolate chips.

Cover the cookie dough tightly with cling wrap and put in fridge for at least 2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line several large baking sheets with parchment paper.

Remove the cookie dough from the refrigerator. Ball 1.5 tbsps of dough and put onto the prepared baking sheets.

Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before enjoying!
