ALMOND FLOUR BANANA MUFFINS
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3 cups almond flour
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray. Put aside.
In a food processor, add bananas, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Process until smooth like batter.
Add almond flour and process just enough to combine. Add chocolate chips and stir with a spatula.
Divide batter into 12 muffin tins. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool 20 minutes and enjoy!!
