APPLE CINNAMON OVERNIGHT OATS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup diced apples
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • Optional: Chopped nuts or raisins for topping

INSTRUCTIONS:
In a jar or bowl, combine oats, almond milk, apples, chia seeds, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, top with nuts or raisins, and enjoy!
